We hope you’re well and 2024 is off to a great start!

This letter is a notification of upcoming changes to your Cilio subscription and an outline of the exciting new features and enhancements we will be delivering over the coming months.

In 2023, Cilio invested significantly in our products, people, and technology to ensure the Cilio platform will continue to be the premier solution for home improvement contractors.

Over the course of the year, we converted many clients, and each has shared that the combination of system functionality and services provided by Cilio is unmatched in the industry! For this we are honored beyond words and sincerely thankful for all your input, direction, and partnership. Getting here has been a team effort!

Going forward, Cilio has no plans to take our “foot off the gas”! In fact, if anything we’re working harder to deliver more. There are three monster-sized enhancements going public within the next 90 days! – details follow. As a sneak peek, two of the new systems will provide each client with significant value, Cilio Mobile (iOS and Android versions) and Cilio Dashboards, Basic.

For the new pricing, we had two goals:

Minimize the increase to the least amount possible while aligning our costs to ensure Cilio will maintain the same level of product development and services.

Simplify pricing to create a model where clients can take advantage of more Cilio capabilities, without having to purchase most features a-la-carte.

Please note that the updated pricing will take effect on March 1, 2024.

In closing, we are conscious that the economic climate presents varied challenges on our clients, and our goal is to navigate these times collaboratively. Monthly pricing will continue to be a combination of:

  • 1 Standard software license that includes all your base features,
  • 2 Optional software and Interfaces, and
  • 3 Monthly job volume added.

NO requirement for yearly/term commitments

NO charge for users - unlimited users license

Monthly Job Volume:

Cilio only includes new jobs in the monthly tally. Jobs that are cancelled within the same month do not affect your volume, and you will be charged on the first day of the next month for the previous month’s count.

Here's a sneak peek of what you can expect before the end of Q1…

Cilio Mobile App:

Our biggest upcoming changes start with the launch of a dedicated mobile app. This will be downloaded for free from the app store on Apple & Android platforms. You can expect a well-designed balance combining ease-of-use with all the job data your office teams need to see when away from their desks. Bottom line is the app makes it EASY for field teams, including your non-technical crews. Offline capabilities are a must-have, while we introduce new advantages specifically for your field techs like in-app access to their security badges, visibility of what matters to them, and quick views to crew pay and assigned work.

Cilio Mobile Measures:

In combination with our mobile app will be the release of an all-new Mobile Measure platform. This billable feature is designed to improve on the current PDF based measure templates (which can be a bit tedious to fill out in the field) with a smooth new question-based data collection method. Using just a mobile phone, your estimator will be prompted to follow a series of conditional questions featuring big buttons for fat fingers, efficient drop-down options, check boxes, and measure inputs.

Like current state templates, each category will have their own measure questions as applicable. When completed, the answers collected during the measure will populate onto a PDF doc that can be saved and sent as needed per current state. For those measuring Lowe’s Details, this also sets us up for their future “Digital Detail” initiatives. The initial release of our Mobile app and Mobile Measure is expected in late First Quarter 2024!

Cilio Dashboards & Analytics:

In today’s data-driven landscape, there is more emphasis than ever on KPI’s, performance, and understanding your business. Cilio is stepping up our game by dedicating extensive resources and introducing a whole assortment of data analytics options. You’ll see the first flavor of this soon with an optional new system-level dashboard providing exceptional and interactive views of your business.

For anyone wishing to take it a step further, we can partner with you to create an ideal data strategy, whether that’s custom reporting or dashboards. Cilio can even provide dedicated analytics resources and your own data warehouse to consolidate ALL your data from ALL sources in one location to see your business in ways you didn’t know were possible.

Auto-Scheduling:

Cilio Automated Scheduling is another highly anticipated billable feature 18mo. in the making. It removes up to 80% of the effort commonly required in “scheduling” using business and AI logic to schedule like your tenured office teams can today. In short, we find the right crews, the ideal times when they are available, and then offer those appts. to either your office team or customer to self-select online with no back-office involvement. We’ve solutioned for most of your “what about this” scheduling scenarios and look forward to showing you more after our formal launch in Q1!
