An Account Review is a great option during your slower season to work with our team on improving your system from cleanup, workflow, automations, to solving new business problems.

What to expect?

A. 1-hour discovery consultation...

... with a Cilio expert to evaluate your current workflow, identify any major pain points, and discuss your future plans for your business and how Cilio can partner with you to enact your vision.

B. Review includes (but is not limited to):

  • Job Types, Labor Categories, & Statuses

  • Automated client communications

  • Office Workflow

  • Use of Job Q&A’s for collecting and reporting on additional data

  • Crew payment tracking and reporting

C. Cilio will then create an outline with proposed changes,

including recommendations for improvements and adjustments to take your business to the next level. This documentation is yours to keep!

D. After that, you will have two options to move forward.

Option 1: Review suggested changes and make your own desired adjustments using available Knowledge Base articles.

Option 2: Cilio can provide you with a labor quote to make the desired changes for you.
