Work Without an Internet Connection
Not every jobsite has reliable cellular service. Connecting to the internet can be a problem when you’re in a basement, on location in a rural setting, or sandwiched between two buildings. That shouldn’t prevent your crews from getting their work done.
The Cilio mobile app now allows field technicians to continue working even when they’re offline. Team members can view today’s, tomorrow’s, and yesterday’s jobs while offline. They also have access to work orders, job details, documents, and photos until a connection is restored. Once connectivity returns, everything automatically synchronizes with your live site.

Centralize Permit Management
Many contractors still manage permit information with spreadsheets or separate documents that are difficult for sales teams and production staff to access.
Cilio’s new Permit Management feature provides one central location to store permit information, associate it with jobs, track permit costs, and make permit requirements visible throughout the organization.
You can also publish a public permit lookup page for estimators, sales teams, and installers without requiring usernames or passwords. It even allows you to send a shareable link to lookup permit requirements that can be viewed by someone outside of your organization.

Stay Ahead of Lowe’s Order Changes
Retailer order changes can easily slip through the cracks if they aren’t visible to the right people.
The new Lowe’s Order Mods feature provides centralized visibility whenever Lowe’s changes line items or adjusts what is being paid on an order. Your team can quickly review the changes, dismiss completed alerts, or jump directly into the affected job to take action.

Put Scheduling on Autopilot
Scheduling is one of the most time-consuming responsibilities for many production teams.
Cilio’s automated scheduling capabilities help reduce that workload by evaluating the same variables an experienced scheduler considers before assigning a job. The system evaluates factors such as installer qualifications, location, availability, travel time, and other scheduling requirements to recommend the right crew for each job.
Customers can schedule appointments through the customer portal, office staff can quickly view the best available scheduling options, and jobs marked “Ready to Schedule” can automatically offer customers the next available appointment.
Instead of relying on manual coordination and institutional knowledge, Cilio helps schedule and route jobs more efficiently while reducing the workload on your production team.

Document Management
Finding company procedures, installation guides, or internal documentation shouldn’t require searching through shared drives or email folders.
Document Management provides a centralized, folder-based repository where your team can organize, maintain, and access company documents directly within Cilio. Standard operating procedures, installation instructions, training materials, and other internal resources will be available where your team already works.

More Lowe’s Workflow Automation
Automation continues to expand inside Cilio.
An upcoming enhancement will automatically respond to certain Lowe’s activities by updating job statuses within Cilio. For example, when Lowe’s resolves a support request, Cilio can automatically move the job to the next appropriate status, keeping your team informed without manual updates.

Measure-to-Sold Job Comparison
Comparing a completed measure with the final sold installation can be a tedious manual process. When discrepancies are missed, they can lead to installation delays, change orders, unexpected costs, or unnecessary callbacks.
An upcoming comparison tool will automatically identify differences between measured line items and the sold job, making it easier to spot discrepancies before they create downstream production issues.
